Scott developed an interest in the outdoors at a young age growing up fishing, hunting, and backpacking in Pennsylvania. He started fishing when he was around 8 years old. Fishing for trout, muskie, pike, walleye and bass with fly rod and casting equipment has taught him how to find and approach fish. Over the last 30 years he has honed his skills by targeting trout in the pristine waters of Pennsylvania, Ohio, Montana, Idaho, Michigan, Alaska, North Carolina, and New York. |

He has been a student of Entomology and has been tying flies for over 30 years and has developed many “Match the Hatch” guide patterns that he is willing to share with all. His philosophy is to learn as much as possible about the fish and environment and to pass that knowledge on to you.
He has a certificate from The Sweetwater Travel Guide School in Big Timber Montana. He is certified in CPR, First Aid, Water Safety, and is qualified to run jet boats and drift boats in white water conditions.
Scott is a full time fishing professional and is licensed to guide in Montana, Pennsylvania, New York, and Ohio. In the fall and winter he guides fly fisherman for Steelhead on Steelhead Alley. He guides the Delaware River system early spring till early June. Then he is in Montana until September. His favorite destinations are the Delaware River, the Henry’s Fork and the Yellowstone river system for trout and the second to none Steelhead Alley for the feisty fighting Silver bullets that show themselves on the Lake Erie tributaries.
He is providing guiding services for:
- Steelhead Alley Outfitters on the Lake Erie Tributaries
- West Branch Angler Resort on the Delaware river system
- *Sweetwater Travel in Montana’s Paradise Valley
Goal and Services
Our goal is provide you with services and information
to help you plan and arrange guided fly fishing trips
or vacations, and to provide education and training
resources to enable you to become a better fly fisherman.
We will also provide you with opportunities for travel
to some of most pristine destinations for your fly fishing
experience.

by many as the best in their area of expertise. Because
one company cannot be all things to all people we as
partners have strengthened our ability to provide fly
fishing services that go beyond customer satisfaction.
We are in partnership with Steelhead Alley Outfitters
(SAO), West Branch Resort, and Sweetwater Travel Company.
By combining resources and expertise we expect to provide
superior service attracting new and repeat customer
requests for services.
